Your property will be listed in more than 70 countries all over the world on all major websites such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Trivago, Despegar, Airbnb, Priceline, Hotwire, Orbitz, Homeaway, TripAdvisor and much more.

Our Channel Management software will make sure your listing will be shown to individuals throughout the travel and vacation rental industry, also your listing will be displayed in over 200 travel agencies is South America: in countries such as Peru and Chile, as well as countries that maintain the most international travelers to Florida such as Argentina and Brazil.

You will have full access to your calendar, reservations, and reports, and, as an owner, you can book your own property with NO blackout or minimum days at no cost to you (as long as your calendar is vacant).

Your property will be part of our network of over 100 properties in South Florida and Orlando, as we handle properties in Miami, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, and Hollywood in South Florida, as well as Kissimmee and Davenport in Orlando.

We have a dedicated bilingual response team that handles questions and inquiries from clients from all over the world in English and Spanish

Properties rented on a daily basis have over 70% more incidentals than any other rental properties. Problems such as water leaking, power outage, and broken items (even A/C issues) will be handled by our dedicated Maintenance Team at not cost to you.

Our Cleaning crew will take care of your property after each client leaves ensuring 100% client satisfaction.

Our company will take care of State, County and local taxes (you don’t want to have fines which can be up to $20,000 per incident.)

We are proud to have over 70-80% occupancy rate in most of our properties, this is because we use the best technology available for short-term rentals.

Our company utilizes industry leading software, some specifically designed for our company, which includes:

Real virtual tours to promote our properties;

Channel management to share rates and availability to all OTAs;

Revenue management software to get the most for our rentals; and

Property management software available to share EVERYTHING with our owners, showing complete honesty and transparency.

We have a 30/70 NET program available to all our owners, in which our 30% share will take care of all advertisement and website commissions (Expedia alone charges 20% and Booking.com charges 15% but you won’t pay for that.)

You will receive 70% net from all reservations and, if you choose our company, we are very confident that you will receive an average of 30% to 50% more than any hotel program available.
